Frequently Asked Questions

HashiConf is HashiCorp’s annual community conference where developers, system engineers, architects, and security professionals from organizations of all sizes gather in person and online to share how the products in HashiCorp’s product stack help them provision, secure, connect, and run their business-critical applications.

HashiConf takes place twice a year: HashiConf Europe in June; and HashiConf Global in October.

After two years as a fully digital conference, we are happy to announce that HashiConf is returning to an in-person conference this year. If you cannot join us in person, there will still be an online version of HashiConf where you can follow along with live keynotes, product updates, and technical sessions on demand.

HashiConf Europe will take place in Amsterdam, Netherlands and online June 20-22.

HashiConf Global will take place in Los Angeles, California and online October 4-6.

If you are a user of our open source or commercial products and you are interested in seeing if your session would be a good fit, we would love to hear from you. Reach out to us via or via your account team.

We will begin to announce first speakers in April, and the full agenda will be available online mid-May.

Virtual attendees can view the Opening Keynote live along with the audience in Amsterdam, but the rest of the virtual agenda will consist of a limited selection of abridged technical sessions.

Virtual attendees will be able to view all of the full-length sessions from Amsterdam when they are available on demand in the event platform after HashiConf Europe.

There will not be a sponsorship program for HashiConf Europe this year, but if you would like your company to receive our 2023 prospectus, please reach out to

Update: We had a discounted rate at the Conscious Hotel Westerpark, but it is now fully booked.
