HashiConf is HashiCorp’s annual community conference, a multi-day experience created so you can connect with other HashiCorp community members, core contributors, customers, partners, and HashiCorp employees. HashiConf takes place twice a year: HashiConf EU takes place in Amsterdam in June 2020, and HashiConf US takes place in October 2020 in San Diego.
If you are attending Training Day as well as HashiConf EU, please arrive ready to begin on Monday 8 June. Training breakfast and registration will open at 08:00 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Centraal Station.
If you are not attending Training Day and only attending HashiConf EU, please pick up your badge at registration and join us at the Welcome Reception on Monday 8 June at 17:00. Otherwise, the HashiConf EU program officially begins on Tuesday 9 June at 07:30 with breakfast and registration followed by the Opening Keynote with our founders at 09:30.
The Closing Keynote ends at 17:00 and the Closing Reception will finish at 18:00 on 10 June.
The full schedule will be published in April 2020.
There will not be an app but when using the browser on your phone or desktop you will be able to log into our mobile-friendly website to create, save, and edit a personalized schedule of sessions.
Sessions on the three stages are open and free for all to attend, no registration required. Registration will be required for the Certification Center and Hands-on Labs (registration opening soon). Training Day courses require a separate ticket.
All sessions will be recorded and shared on HashiCorp’s YouTube channel and Resource page a few weeks after the conference.
Each year all attendees are invited to a Welcome Reception (Monday 8 June, 17:00), an Evening Social (Tuesday 9 June, 17:20), and a Closing Reception (Wednesday 10 June, 17:00).
Breakfast, lunch, and evening appetizers are included with your ticket, as well as all coffee and beverages throughout the day. We will ask you for any special dietary requirements in the booking process and will do our best to accommodate those needs.
